- If you have an existing WorkCover or Third-Party claim or are in the process of submitting a claim, we will require you or your GP/Specialist to email or fax a copy of your referral to our Adamstown rooms E: admin@tewariortho.com.au or F: 02 4952 7400. A copy of your referral will also need to be provided to the Insurance Company.
